At Monin, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every flavor; however, due to the food-based nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items or provide replacements for goods damaged during transit.

Return Process

    Verify Eligibility

    Ensure your syrup, gourmet sauce, or concentrate is unopened with the original seal intact and was purchased within the last 30 days.

    Contact Support

    Email our Customer Care team with your order number and a photo of the batch code found on the bottle to receive a Return Authorization.

  • 3.
    Package Securely

    Place the items safely in their original packaging to prevent breakage during the return journey and include your printed authorization form.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
